About this project
“Style On A Budget”
The project was a service apartment comprising of Luxury 2BHK & Studio in the heart of the city Guruvayoor, chavakkad. As an initial phase, the client approached us saying that they loved our aesthetic of Chanel, that would determine them with the minimal colour selection, the restraint of the spaces, the furniture selection, and the way the apartment interacts with the guests.
For the project aesthetics, more importance were given for the comfort and space in order to keep the guests feel cozy & relaxed. Having a ground concept helped us always to conclude every detailed decisions, and – especially because you’ve hired an architect to make decisions for you – you want to be assured that these decisions are those you will be happy with and we made it come true without compromising on the budget.
